Refunds and Returns Policy

At MerchFit, we strive to offer a seamless shopping experience and provide a straightforward returns process. You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

  • Return shipping: Is at your cost. To initiate a return, please contact our support team.
  • Item Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fee applies.
  • Return Process: Contact us at sales@merchfit.com to start your return. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide the return address. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at sales@merchfit.com, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Clothing items like underwear, socks, hats, and footwear
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original item, and then make a new purchase for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval and you haven’t received it, please reach out to sales@merchfit.com.
